Legislators--Legislation Team/Congress. (DISCORD)
Due to there being a shifting set of rules and rights in APS, I hereby introduce: Congress. Congress will work on legislative affairs by trying to communicate with the community and hear their opinions on APS ruleset, this is necessary cause we can be unsure what type of things we can do and can't because there is no set constitution, a responsible and good typer is needed to be the Head of Legislation and will write the constitution (approval by COS needed) the pended legislative article will be reviewed by the COS, then discussed with the team, if the team votes to ensign the legislature it must be set to be active in a range of 3 days and lower, depending on how important or effective the article can be.. Based on how it works in the US. Legislators will be handpicked or send a formal resume and be voted upon by Congress. -- More on that, new promotions for Directorate roles, or impeachment bills can be handled by the Legislation Team. Therefore giving them the highest jurisdiction under the Chief of Staff/founders. Congress is needed due to the lack of a set team who can makes rules applicable for everyone, especially since people are misled by their directors to do stuff that are either not allowed but set in a booklet or completely made-up cause found necessary. Having a set team to make these rights and bills will ensure for a clean set and for a more stable community. Congress should have real signatures using the "draw" feature in docs/word whatever you prefer to use, put it next to their "forged signature' line and ensure that the document is non-cropped screenshotted for no confusion when entering links Below is a picture of a possible constitution that can be signed by the APS Legislation team--(Ignore the "founder of APS", it should be Head of Legislation I was really tired lmao)..
